• We accept returns of unopened coffee bags within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
